1，复制”PLMLicenseServer”文件夹到C盘根目录，或者软件安装目录里。
比如:C:\Program Files\Siemens右键管理员身份运行”server_install.bat”
2，安装Siemens Tecnomatix Plant Simulation，不要安装 License Server
3，复制Tecnomatix Plant Simulation 14文件夹到软甲安装目录，替换原文件
默认路径： C:\Program Files\Siemens\Tecnomatix Plant Simulation 14\
4，打开软件，选择许可证服务器，输入”localhost”,端口号28000
5，完了
