1，解压之后，右键管理员身份运行Block.bat，自动添加HOST规则禁止软件联网。当然，你也可以手动在HOST添加如下规则：
hosts文件位置C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc

127.0.0.1 activation.cloud.techsmith.com
127.0.0.1 oscount.techsmith.com
127.0.0.1 updater.techsmith.com
